Shipping policy

We process all orders within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

• Europe: 10–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 15–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders over €100
• Flat rate of €9.75 on all other orders

The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs and duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
