We have a 21-day return policy. You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at sunbird.by.n@gmail.com and we will send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
Sale items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
EU customers — right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
